They can take care of their individual job, but that does not always remove the work around it. Somebody still has to make the arrangements, answer the questions, keep track of progress and step in when plans change.

From holidays and private travel to birthdays, celebrations and other occasions, GRAYCO can take responsibility for the research, bookings, suppliers, timings and practical detail around them, while keeping your involvement focused on the decisions and preferences that actually matter to you.

Some things GRAYCO can handle directly. Others need the right specialist, and knowing who to trust is often half the work.

GRAYCO has access to a vetted network of professional trades and services, covering everything from property and interiors to personal and lifestyle support. That might mean an interior designer, a specialist trade, a cleaner, a dog walker, a barber or someone for a request we have not dealt with before.

Where specialist help is needed, we find the right person, brief them, coordinate what happens next and stay involved until the matter is properly resolved.

And if you already have someone you trust, we work with them instead.

Not every client needs an ongoing arrangement.

Sometimes one thing has become awkward, urgent or simply taken more time than it deserves. You can call or message GRAYCO, explain what is going on and we will tell you what we can do to help.

For others, it makes more sense to have GRAYCO involved regularly, staying on top of recurring responsibilities and getting to know how the household and private life work over time.

One request does not need to become a retainer, and ongoing support does not mean handing over everything. The relationship can be as involved as it needs to be.

If a decision is needed, we ask. If plans change, we deal with it. If there is something useful to update you on, we tell you. Otherwise, the work keeps moving in the background.

The aim is to make life simpler, not introduce another system or another person you need to manage.

Who is GRAYCO for?

GRAYCO is for individuals and families who have reached the point where too much of the practical running of private life still depends on them. You might be managing a demanding career, a business, a full household or simply more moving parts than you want to keep holding together yourself. The common point is wanting more of that responsibility properly taken off your plate.

How much does it cost?

Support is scoped around what you want GRAYCO to take responsibility for. After an initial conversation, we set out what we think would be useful, how the arrangement could work and what it would cost. That might be one defined matter, a larger project or ongoing support, and there is no obligation to continue.

How do I work with you day to day?

Mostly through WhatsApp. You speak directly to Mitch, explain what you need in the same way you naturally would, and GRAYCO takes it from there. You are kept informed when there is something useful to know, rather than being pulled into every step.

Is everything kept private?

Yes. Discretion is built into how GRAYCO works. Information is shared only where it is necessary to carry out agreed work, and access, authority and boundaries are agreed clearly so the household stays protected while GRAYCO can still get things done.

What if I already have household staff or trusted suppliers?

That is often the case, and there is no reason to replace people who already work well. GRAYCO can manage the relationships around them, coordinate access and communication, keep things moving and step in when something needs resolving, so the existing support works without you having to hold it all together.
