I'm Mitch Gray. GRAYCO is my business, I run it personally, and when you ask for support, I am the person who turns up.

That is why I remain personally responsible for every piece of work GRAYCO takes on. I listen carefully, communicate clearly and stay close to the detail until the matter is properly resolved. You will always know what is happening, what needs your input and what I am taking care of on your behalf.
My background began in the military and continued through almost a decade of managing complex work across the public and private sectors. It taught me how to remain calm under pressure, coordinate different people, keep standards high and take responsibility when something needs to move forward.
GRAYCO brings those same principles into private life, but in a service shaped around you. Whether I am handling a single request, providing ongoing support or coordinating a relocation or private project, I take the time to understand how you live, what matters to you and how involved you want to be.
I am based in the North East and work with a small number of households so every relationship remains personal, discreet and properly attended to. There is no rotating team and no call centre. You deal with me, and I remain accountable from beginning to end.
